Check this site and it will tell you if you are using PROXY:

To Disable Proxies in Internet Explorer
1) Open up Internet Explorer
2) Click Tools on the menu bar
3) Click Options from the drop down menu
4) Select the connections tab
5) Click LAN Settings
6) Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN
7) Click OK

To Disable Proxies in Netscape
1) Open netscape
2) Click Edit on the menu bar
3) Click Preferences from the drop down menu
4) Expand the "Advanced" tree item
5) Select the proxy branch
6) Select the Direct Connection Radio button
Test yourself for proxies by going to the Paid to Search section of our website.
You will not be fined because you won't get anything to click if your still behind a proxy.
If you still are running through a proxy, notify your ISP because they are likely routing your traffic through their own proxy.
If they can't give you a direct connection to the internet, I am sorry, but you can not do searches on our site.
If You Still Have A Proxy Issue.
If You Have A Dialup Internet Connection And Are Using An Accelarator,
If You Turn It Off, This Should Clear Up Your Proxy Problem.
